Romain Lavigne is an experienced engineer specializing in structural calculations and analysis within the aerospace industry. Currently employed at AURA AERO as an Ingenieur MEF- calculs métallique & Composites, Romain focuses on finite element modeling and structural testing. Prior to this, at PORTALLIANCE, Romain served as a Stress Engineer, contributing to the Airbus A321 XLR Fuselage project. Romain's background includes internships at Airbus Operation SAS, where involvement in ISOGRID integration and airframe powerplant integration took place, as well as a research and development apprenticeship at CSTB, enhancing mechanical design and testing methods. Romain's academic credentials include a Master of Technology from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from IUT Orsay, supplemented by various certifications in engineering software.
