Shelby Price has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shelby began their career at Aveda in 2013, where they held positions as an Assistant Manager, Lead Spa Educator, and Aesthetician until 2019. In 2018, they took on the role of Social Media Manager, a position they held until June 2022. In November 2021, Shelby joined Aura Salonware, initially working as the West US/Canada SaaS Account Manager. In this role, they successfully managed a large account deck, ensured a smooth onboarding process, resolved customer issues, and identified upselling opportunities. Shelby'sefforts contributed to maintaining a low churn rate and meeting revenue targets. In July 2022, Shelby transitioned to the position of Senior Product Specialist at Aura Salonware. As of November 2022, they hold the role of Head of Customer Support.
