Patrick Xu

Patrick Xu currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Aurascape since April 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Founding VP of Software Engineering at Auradine from March 2022 to April 2025, focusing on developing software and supporting ASIC/FPGA solutions for Web 3.0 enhancements. Patrick previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Palo Alto Networks from October 2010 to June 2022, where management responsibilities included overseeing a software engineering team for Next Generation Firewall software and various cloud services. Earlier career roles included Director of Software Engineering at Palo Alto Networks and Senior Software Manager at Hillstone Networks, along with a position as Software Manager at Juniper Networks. Patrick Xu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, earned between January 1997 and January 2001.
