Dawn Kresslein-Duenkel serves as the Senior Director of Partner Success at Aura, where the focus is on providing an all-in-one intelligent safety solution while ensuring partners receive a world-class experience. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions including Director of Employer Solutions at Aura and Senior Manager of Partner Solutions at Identity Guard®, where significant contributions included leading a data breach services team and enhancing client relationships. Additional experience includes roles in business development and account management across multiple companies, including Integram and Verizon Business, where Dawn excelled in increasing revenue and delivering superior client service. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Adult Education/Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from James Madison University.
