Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Corporate Development/M&A at ESW Capital and Trilogy since 2016 and 2015, respectively. Neeraj has held key leadership roles at multiple companies, including Aurea Software, Ignite Technologies, GFI Software, and Versata, all in corporate development/M&A capacities. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Base2 Advisors from 2015 to March 2021, Neeraj focused on investments in B2B software companies. Previous experience includes serving as President of NTrak IP Consulting, where expertise was provided in patent litigations, and Managing Director of Intellectual Property at Versata, overseeing patent portfolio growth and licensing. Neeraj's career began at Trilogy, where responsibilities included product strategy and management. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completion of the TGMP Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
