Duke's military background includes notable roles within the US Army, including Division Chief for Air and Missile Defense. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Military Security Policy and Strategy from the USAF Air War College, an MBA from Webster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Furman University.
