Taylor Ann Gillum

Taylor Ann Gillum has a solid work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Taylor Ann began their career as a Guest Services Agent at John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts in 2015, where they gained experience in providing exceptional customer service. Taylor Ann then moved on to become a Reservations Agent before joining Atrium Hospitality as an Event Sales Manager in 2017. Taylor Ann later transitioned to the role of Guest Services Manager within the same company. In 2019, Taylor joined Waterford Hotel Group, Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Taylor Ann then worked as a Leasing Agent at HUB Realty Associates, LLC from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Auro Hotels as an Area Catering and Event Manager, and they have recently been promoted to the role of Area Director of Events in January 2022. Overall, Taylor has a diverse background in hospitality management, event planning, sales, and marketing.
