Geoff Hoover

Geoff Hoover is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cannabis and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as SVP, Commercial Canada at Aurora Cannabis Inc., Geoff leads a team of approximately 100 professionals managing a $150M business across medical and consumer cannabis segments. Prior to Aurora, Geoff was the Chief Executive Officer at Thrive Cannabis, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership in numerous start-ups. Additional experience includes roles at EcoSynthetix Inc. as Director of Operations and Product Management, ownership of Wild Reels Sport Fishing and Knock Out Lures, and a managerial position at APC Filtration Inc. Geoff holds dual MBA degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
