Haroon Ahmad

Haroon Ahmad currently serves as the Head of Group Reporting and Controls at Aurora Energy Research since August 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Connections Finance Manager – Networks at SSE plc from September 2021 to August 2023 and various positions at Cash Processing Solutions between April 2018 and September 2021, culminating as the European Finance and Project Accounting Lead. Haroon also worked as an Accounting Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from March 2017 to March 2018 and held the position of Accounts Assistant at FZ ACCOUNTANTS LTD from April 2014 to February 2017. Earlier career experience includes management roles at Vue Entertainment from May 2008 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include GCSE A levels from La Salle Higher Secondary School and membership in ACCA, along with a certification as a Certified Accounting Technician.
