Julia Hilton

Julia Hilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early career recruitment and career guidance. Currently serving as the Early Careers Manager at Aurora Energy Research since November 2023, Julia oversees global teams in recruiting for early career positions and supports graduate cohort management. Previously, as a Senior Early Careers Specialist at Aurora, Julia led the junior talent strategy and managed aspects such as headcount planning and programme management. Julia's prior roles at the University of Oxford included Careers Adviser, providing guidance to a diverse student body, and Student Recruitment Officer, where Julia organized major career events for teachers and advisers. Additional experience includes managing a professional skills programme for MPP students at Blavatnik School and co-chairing the Internationalisation Task Group at AGCAS. Julia holds a PG Diploma in Careers Guidance from the University of Reading and a BA in English Literature from the University of East Anglia.
