Taras Panasenko

Taras Panasenko is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and project management. As the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Аврора since January 2011, Taras has successfully overseen the expansion of the variety store chain from a single location to multiple stores over nine years. Prior to this role, Taras served as Sales Project Manager at StandartEnergo Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing high-voltage network projects for industrial consumers. Taras also held the position of Office Manager at the same company, focusing on efficient office operations and employee satisfaction. Early experience includes processing and packing caviar at Icicle Seafoods, Inc. Taras holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from IMD, alongside a diploma in executive development from the same institution, and a Master's degree from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
