Sterling Anderson is a co-founder and Chief Product & Program Manager at Aurora Innovation. Previously, Sterling worked at Tesla as the Director of Autopilot Programs and played a key role in the development and delivery of Tesla Autopilot. Prior to their time at Tesla, Sterling held roles at McKinsey & Company, Gimlet Systems, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Sterling conducted extensive research and development in the robotics field. Sterling holds a PhD and MS in Robotics from MIT.
