Ralf Lagemann

Ralf Lagemann has extensive procurement experience, currently serving as Contract Manager and previously in various procurement roles at Aurubis since November 2005. Responsibilities include coordinating procurement activities for site expansion projects, adapting purchasing policies, and managing strategic procurement for investment goods and machinery. Prior to Aurubis, Ralf held positions as Strategic Purchaser at Norddeutsche Affinerie AG and Purchaser at Hüttenwerke Kayser AG, focusing on various industrial components and procurement strategies. Ralf began the career with an apprenticeship as an Industriekaufmann, complemented by specialized education in purchase and stock management from IHK Dortmund.
