John Gan

John Gan is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and project management within the engineering and mining sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Ausenco since November 2017, John has held several key positions within the same company, including General Manager for Engineering & Project Delivery and Project Manager for the Nyrstar Port Pirie Transformation Project. Prior to joining Ausenco, John accumulated significant experience at Alcan Engineering and Kaiser Engineers/Hatch, where roles included Principal Mechanical Engineer and Design Manager. John's early career began as a Graduate Engineer at BHP Engineering and other organizations. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
