Justin O'Neill

Justin O'Neill is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Team Lead - Process at Ausenco since March 2023. Previously, Justin held roles as Lead Process Engineer at Prudentia Process Consulting and Senior Process Engineer at Sedgman Pty Limited, focusing on front-end engineering, plant upgrades, debottlenecking, and optimization in the resources sector. With a decade at Peabody Energy, Justin managed process engineering for multiple processing plants and supported continuous improvement initiatives.
