Chrissie H. has over 16 years of experience in digital channels and content management, currently serving as the Digital Channels Lead at Ausgrid since 2007. Previous roles include Senior Digital Producer and Digital Content Producer, focusing on CX design, Sitecore content management, and digital communications. Notable projects encompass enhancing web self-service capabilities, UX and content development for a LiveTiles intranet, and overseeing the migration of websites from Lotus Notes to Sitecore. Chrissie has also worked as a Web and CMS Consultant for the Department of Community Services. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Multimedia, Information Technology from the University of Middlesex and a BA in English History and Landscape Archaeology from the University of East Anglia.
