Ivor Gibbons

Ivor Gibbons is a seasoned sustainability professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Sustainability at Ausgrid since November 2024. Prior to this role, Gibbons held several leadership positions at Perpetual Limited, including Head of Sustainability and Senior Manager of Sustainability, from May 2020 to November 2024. Gibbons contributed extensively to Centrica from December 2012 to June 2019, where responsibilities included driving the reputation agenda and leading the Group Corporate Responsibility team. Gibbons also led membership at Tomorrow's Company from April 2007 to December 2012, advising major corporations on sustainability strategies. Earlier experience includes project management for forceforgood.com and roles in the Department for Work and Pensions and Elsevier. Gibbons earned a BA Hons in History with a first-class degree from The University of Sheffield in 2006.
