Paul York

Paul York is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations & People Partnering at Ausgrid since September 2018. Prior roles include acting Head of People & Culture and Senior Manager Employee Relations at Ventia Pty Ltd, as well as Employee Relations Consultant at South32. Paul York has held key positions at BHP Billiton from 2002 to 2015, including Head of Human Resources for Illawarra Coal and Manager Human Resources for various divisions. Additionally, Paul York worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at Billiton PLC and as an HR Advisor at Energy Resources of Australia. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Southern Cross University.
