Susan Greenbank has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Susan is currently the Head of Online Courses and Strategic Programs at AusIMM since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aged & Community Services Australia as the Senior Manager of Membership & Partnerships from March 2020 to January 2022, and as the Manager of Membership from November 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles at AusIMM - The Minerals Institute, including Senior Manager of Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships from September 2017 to November 2018, Manager of Marketing and Development from November 2016 to August 2017, Manager of Institute Development from February 2016 to October 2016, and Senior Coordinator of Member Services from October 2014 to January 2016. Additionally, Susan has worked as the National Membership and Marketing Manager at the Australian Breastfeeding Association from October 2011 to September 2014, and as the Marketing Coordinator from November 2005 to October 2011. Susan'searlier roles include Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator at Mothers Direct from July 2003 to November 2005, Videographer and Marketing Coordinator at Vaughan Wood Video from June 1999 to June 2003, and Account Manager at BP from July 1997 to June 1999.

Susan Greenbank attended the Barton Institute from 1993 to 1997, where they earned an Associate Diploma of Business in Marketing. During the same period, they also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Sales Management from the same institution. Additionally, in 2022, Susan obtained certifications in Diversity and Inclusion Foundations and Diversity and Inclusion Advanced from AusIMM.
