Gurjit Mann is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development. Currently serving as General Manager Corporate Development at Aussie Broadband since April 2021, Gurjit has also held the roles of Acting Chief Financial Officer and Head of M&A. Prior roles include M&A Director at Deloitte from April 2019 to March 2021, and Director of M&A at PwC Australia from July 2014 to December 2018, where Gurjit led numerous engagements focused on strategic deal advisory. Earlier experience at PwC included establishing a M&A practice in Dubai and gaining valuable insights into corporate development in both Auckland and London. Gurjit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Corporate Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Auckland, along with Chartered Accountants qualifications.
