Jonathan Prosser has extensive work experience in the telecommunications and consulting industries. Jonathan currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Aussie Broadband since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Telstra from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Head of Customer Research & Strategic Insights, General Manager of Customer Experience Improvement, and Strategy Principal. Before joining Telstra, Prosser was a Director of Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Australia from 2011 to 2016, specializing in areas such as corporate strategy, customer strategy, and innovation. Jonathan also worked at Third Horizon Consulting Partners as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Prosser began their career at Accenture as an Analyst from 2006 to 2008.
Jonathan Prosser attended The Australian National University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and Bachelor of Psychology. Jonathan'sstudies focused on accounting, management, and organizational psychology.
