Gavin Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gavin started their career as a Consultant at Sodexo Prestige in 2008, where they worked on HR staffing for Ascot Racecourse. In 2011, Gavin joined Austin Fraser and gradually advanced in their roles within the company. Gavin was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2014, Principal Consultant in 2015, and then Senior Principal Consultant in 2019. During their time at Austin Fraser, Gavin successfully landed new business accounts and maintained valuable partnerships, contributing to the company's growth. Gavin'sachievements include being the top biller in the UK for five consecutive years and securing a record-breaking NFI with a client. In addition to their professional endeavors, Gavin also volunteers at Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), a neurodiversity charity. Overall, Gavin's work experience showcases their expertise in talent placement, account management, and business development.
Gavin Stephens completed their Bachelor with Honours degree in Law LLB (Hons) from Aberystwyth University in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their A Levels in Law, History, Geography, and Sociology at Crosskeys Sixform/ Coleg Gwent from 2005 to 2007. Gavin also obtained their GCSE with 10 A-C grades from Brynmawr School between 2003 and 2005.
