James Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James started their professional career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Austin Fraser in 2007. James quickly progressed through various roles within the company, including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader, Sales Manager, UK Technology Sales Manager, UK Technology Sales Director, and Automated Technology Sales Director. In their current role as Technology Sales Director, James supports the growth of the Technology and Automation & Controls Contract teams, focusing on building a successful future for candidates, clients, and Austin Fraser as a whole.
Prior to joining Austin Fraser, James served as an Office Manager at Countrywide Plc from 2002 to 2007. James also gained administrative experience as an Administrator at Prudential Assurance from 1998 to 2002.
