Lindsay Wills has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Principle Software Engineer and Project Manager at Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd, focusing on defence-related projects and software systems design and development. Lindsay then joined Epworth Hospital in 2011 as a Project Manager, overseeing various business and clinical projects. After almost a decade at Epworth Hospital, Lindsay took on the role of ICT Project Manager at The Royal Children's Hospital, where they supported the implementation of digital transformation strategies. Currently, Lindsay is working at Austin Health as a Health Program Lead, responsible for managing and expanding the organization's health programs within the North East Melbourne Partnership.

Lindsay Wills obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science with a major in Instrumentation from RMIT University between 1992 and 1994.
