Dr. Cidonio Cantu currently serves as the Principal of Early College High School and Career & Technology Education and the Director of Secondary Schools at Alice Independent School District since May 2020. In addition, Dr. Cantu has held the position of Middle School Principal since July 2022 and has been the Principal at Alice High School since August 2017. With a long-standing career in education, Dr. Cantu has been an Administrator at Austin Independent School District since August 2007. Dr. Cantu earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2007, as well as an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 2004 to 2006.
