Kyle Davoust

Kyle Davoust is an accomplished professional in leadership development and educational administration with extensive experience in fostering positive culture and collaboration within organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership & Culture at Austin Industries since March 2015, Kyle leads enterprise-wide learning and development programs aimed at empowering employees and transforming high-potential individuals into servant leaders. Prior roles include Leadership Development Manager at Crandall ISD, where Kyle implemented campus culture initiatives and staff training programs, and as a Teacher/Coach at Mesquite Independent School District, where effective teaching strategies were utilized to promote student engagement. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Business from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University.
