Catherine Harding

Catherine Harding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at Australia for UNHCR since March 2022, Catherine oversees multiple departments including Finance, HR, and Strategic Planning while managing global relationships with UNHCR. Catherine's previous roles include Non Executive Director at both VicHealth and Vicsport, and Director in KPMG's Management Consulting Division, where focus areas included strategy and program evaluation. Additional experience encompasses roles at Women's Health West, The Good Foundation, and various positions within the Victorian Government, such as Legal Policy Officer and Acting Manager at the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Catherine holds a Masters of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne and a BA LLB (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
