Ian Barnett is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and software development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Australia Post since March 2021, Ian previously held the position of Technical Lead at Officeworks, where a focus on enhancing development practices and integrating sustainable technologies was key. Ian’s background also includes roles as Engineering Manager and Solution Architect, where expert contributions to agile environments and enterprise-grade cloud architecture solutions were made. With a career spanning from 1988 to the present, Ian has developed a diverse skill set, reinforced by a Bachelor’s degree in IT from RMIT and a Certificate of Technology from Monash University.
