Mark Foster

Mark Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Australia Post since January 1999, currently serving as the Head of GTM Freight Services and previously in various leadership roles, including Head of Product & Business Specialists. Responsibilities include leading teams to develop customer-centric Parcel Product strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels. Mark has also been instrumental in managing key corporate accounts, driving profitable outcomes, and educating the national sales force. In addition to a successful career in logistics, Mark contributes to the Australian Football League as a Boundary Umpire coach for AFLW, focusing on developing future coaches and officials. A former boundary umpire with over nine years of experience officiating 212 AFL games, including five Grand Finals, Mark has demonstrated a strong commitment to sports and leadership development.
