Maya Menabde

Maya Menabde is a seasoned professional in employee relations and workplace law, currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Australia Post since October 2023. Previously, Maya held the position of Senior Associate in Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety at Mills Oakley from April to September 2023, and served as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at ANZ from December 2017 to January 2023. Maya's career includes roles as a Talent & Culture Consultant and Senior Lawyer, as well as a Senior Lawyer and Lawyer in WorkCover at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from August 2012 to November 2017. Maya began the professional journey as a Paralegal at Norton Rose Fulbright in late 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University, along with a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Leo Cussen Institute.
