Renee Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior People & Culture Partner at the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority since July 2018, Renee contributes to the development and delivery of people strategies while advising on employment legislation, employee relations, wellbeing, and workplace health and safety. Prior to this, Renee was National HR Partner at Canon Australia, supporting strategic HR initiatives, and held roles at Covata, NSW Business Chamber, West Recruitment Consulting, and Woolworths Limited.
