Wendy Jocum

Wendy Jocum is an experienced independent facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant with a focus on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and change management through Wendy Jocum Training and Coaching since January 1998. Wendy has served as a contract facilitator with the Australian Institute of Management since January 2009, delivering workshops on people development and leadership. Previous experience includes educating at the Australian College of Applied Psychology and holding HR roles at Westpac Banking Corporation and the NSW Department of Community Services. Wendy's HR career began in South Africa with Pick 'n Pay Retailers, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and organizational development. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and postgraduate qualifications in HR, coaching, and management.
