Matti Clements possesses extensive experience in performance management and psychology within the sports sector. Serving at the Australian Institute of Sport from January 2006 to February 2023, Matti held multiple senior roles, including Executive General Manager AIS Performance and Acting Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Matti was the Director and Senior Psychologist at Mental Edge Consulting from January 2003 to December 2017, focusing on wellbeing, performance enhancement, and team culture in elite sports. Additional roles include General Manager of People & Culture at St Kilda Football Club and National Wellbeing Services Manager at the AFL Players Association. Matti holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and has studied at Monash University.
