Ben Povall

Ben Povall has extensive experience in the travel and recruitment industries, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Queensland at Corporate Traveller Australia since June 2018. Previously, Ben held roles at the same company, including Future Leader in Key Account Management and Key Account Manager, where the focus was on partnering with SME clients to enhance strategic travel programs. Before this, Ben was the Operations Business Leader, managing a team dedicated to operational excellence for SME corporate clients. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Sellick Partnership, specializing in recruitment for financial services. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
