Richard Dias

Richard Dias is an experienced professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent & Capability and previously as the Head of Talent at AustralianSuper. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager in Recruitment and Business Manager for Finance, Policy & Strategy at Hays, as well as a Relationship Manager in Commercial at Lloyds Banking Group.
