Sharre A. B.

Sharre A. B. is an experienced professional in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as an Elite Member at The Black In HR (TM) since December 2020 and holding the position of Director of People Operations at Authentic since July 2021. Prior roles include HR at Central Arkansas Water and Director of Labor & Employee Relations for the City of Little Rock. Sharre has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Webster University and Bowie State University, teaching courses in labor relations, public personnel management, and government law. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Arkansas School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College-Hartford, and a Certificate in EEO/HR Complaint Handling from Cornell University.
