Joanna Nicolaysen

Joanna Nicolaysen currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Authentic Brands Group, overseeing the company's daily activities, outsourced services, facilities management, vendor negotiations, and system implementations since September 2019. Previously, Joanna held the position of Event Operations Lead at Guidepoint, managing logistics for global events and overseeing vendor relationships from April 2019 to September 2019. With extensive experience as a Senior Event Manager at Argyle from December 2013 to April 2019, Joanna executed a diverse portfolio of events while leading a team and supervising budgets. Earlier roles include Office Manager at R & K Publishing and Executive Assistant at Eastside Dance Company. Joanna holds a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware.
