Arpana Khalkho

Arpana Khalkho is a UX Design Lead at Authentic8 since September 2023, with a robust background in user experience design and research. Previously, Arpana contributed as a UX Designer and Researcher at the University of Toronto Mississauga, focusing on redesigning the Career Centre website and conducting user research. At General Motors, Arpana served as a Creative Designer, conducting user research and usability testing for innovation projects. Earlier roles include UX/UI Specialist at the University of Toronto, where a redesigned undergraduate admission portal led to a significant increase in submissions, and Sr UX/UI Designer at Talentica Software, designing web and mobile applications for startups. Arpana's career began at Infosys as a Sr System Engineer, implementing features for Apple’s Sales Force Application. Arpana holds a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
