Jon Cen

Jon Cen possesses extensive experience in customer support and engineering management across various prominent technology companies. Currently engaged at Authentic8 since September 2010 in a support role, Jon previously served as Director of Customer Support and Engineering Program Manager at Qualys from August 2008 to January 2010. Prior to this, Jon held the position of Engineering Manager at Google from September 2007 to June 2008, following the acquisition of Postini Inc, where Jon worked from August 2000 to September 2007 in multiple roles including OEM Engineering Manager, as well as various support positions. This diverse background underscores Jon's expertise in both engineering and customer support domains.
