Maria Joukov

Maria Joukov has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Maria is the Founder & CEO of Fides Services, LLC, where they oversee strategy, personnel, business development, contracts, finance, and operations. Maria also worked as a Co-Founder & CEO at inq, an award-winning B2C brand in the beauty/wellness industry. Maria played a key role in brand creation, multichannel marketing, design, and community outreach. Additionally, Maria served as a Team Lead/Site Lead at the United States Department of Defense, leading teams of imagery and geospatial analyst professionals and representing the agency in a joint environment supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Currently, they are a Strategic Programs Lead at Authentic8, responsible for managing full life-cycle engagements with enterprise-level customers.

Maria Joukov has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) with a focus on International Political Economy from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. Maria also holds a Master's degree in Strategic Security Studies (MASSS) from National Defense University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Maria has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2013.
