Ian Pavlechko

Ian Pavlechko is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in channel sales and partner management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Channel Sales Director at Authenticx since March 2025, Ian previously held the position of Partner Sales Director at Glance, where responsibilities included developing channel strategies to enhance revenue growth. Prior to this, Ian worked at Genesys for nearly seven years, first as Channel Sales Manager, focusing on partner enablement programs, and earlier as PureCloud Account Executive, driving new business and educating customers on cloud solutions. Ian's career also includes roles at Xerox and Drees Homes, complemented by an MBA in Sales Management from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
