Ebuni McFall-Roberts

Ebuni McFall-Roberts, Esq., SPHR, LPC/LCMHC serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at the Autism Society of North Carolina since January 2018, bringing extensive expertise in human resources and legal counsel. Previous positions include roles as General Counsel and Senior Director of HR, as well as Director of Human Resources at UHS from February 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities spanned various areas including clinical services and quality improvement. Ebuni has also practiced law as an attorney and owner at McFall Roberts, LLC, and served as an attorney at Lister, Holt & Dennis, LLC. In addition to legal work, Ebuni has taught as faculty at the University of Phoenix and as an adjunct professor at Mercer University. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
