Jaime Garcia is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Transformation at AUTOCOM since November 2023, where leadership focuses on automation and process optimization across various business units. Previously, in the role of Head of Operations at Gatego, Jaime successfully scaled delivery operations, achieving a remarkable 180% revenue growth by implementing the "Gatego Way" and transitioning to an AI-driven access control platform. At Praxent, Jaime oversaw the delivery of over ten fintech projects, ensuring timely launches and aligned stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Accenture, managing automation and data analysis for multiple consulting projects, and handling customer relations at Highered. Jaime holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed a semester abroad in Business at BI Norwegian Business School.
