Debra Kao

Debra Kao is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff for Construction Solutions at Autodesk since April 2019. In this role, Debra leads organizational design initiatives, manages technical program and experience strategy teams, and oversees cross-organizational financial strategies. Previous experience includes senior technical project management at Autodesk, where Debra unified BIM360 and PlanGrid, and service delivery project management at Opower, where project management plans were produced for custom products in Oracle Japan. With a strong background in agile methodologies and team management, Debra has also held various roles at Quatt Associates and Deloitte, focusing on economic consulting and HR performance management. Debra holds a degree in Economics from Brown University and completed a program at General Assembly in 2017.
