Nikki Glasgo

Nikki Glasgo is an accomplished HR and talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in managing and enhancing recruitment strategies across various organizations. At Autodesk, from January 2020 to March 2022, Nikki served as Vice President of the People Business Partner Practice, overseeing HR partnership for approximately 8,000 employees, and later as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Onboarding, implementing modern solutions and managing diversity and early career programs. Prior experience at Amazon from January 2015 to January 2020 includes roles as Head of Talent Acquisition for Alexa, where Nikki managed a team of around 100 professionals, and in several leadership positions focused on diversity programs and recruitment strategy within the Consumer organization. Earlier experience at Jabil involved centralizing talent acquisition efforts as Senior Director, leading global strategy and structural improvements. Nikki holds a B.A. in Business Management with a focus on HR from Missouri Western State University.
