Shweta Hegde

Shweta Hegde is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Autodesk, with over eight years of experience leading engineering teams to deliver impactful UI functionality for customers. Since October 2015, Shweta has successfully implemented processes for on-call routines, quarterly OKRs, streamlined release processes, and enhanced automation efforts, resulting in significant improvements in team performance and product delivery.
