Prior to this, Paul was the owner and managing director of Idealux GmbH from August 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Specialist. Paul Waal holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compensation & Benefits Management from the School of Management Fribourg and an IHK Abschluss in Kaufmann für Büromanagement from Oberstufenzentrum Bürowirtschaft und Dienstleistungen Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
