Frank Herzenstiel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive safety industry. Since August 1994, Frank has served as a Principal Engineer and Customer Technical Manager at Autoliv, focusing on frontal airbags and steering wheels for the Chrysler Business Unit. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in application engineering for driver and passenger airbags on Chrysler programs. Frank's career began at General Motors from January 1989 to 1991 as a Validation Engineer for front-end sheet metal and bumper systems and included a role at AlliedSignal from 1991 to 1993 as a Driver and Passenger airbag test engineer for the Hyundai account. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, completed in 1988.
