Neelima P. currently serves as the Creative Marketing Director at AGS - Automated Grading Systems, where notable achievements include developing a compelling brand story and visual identity that fostered a community of over 55,000 collectors, alongside managing a high-performing website and successful advertising campaigns. Prior to this, Neelima worked as a Consultant for Gloostick, providing visual brand strategy for recognized brands, and held the position of Head of Design at MAGPPIE Living Private Limited, where a significant brand repositioning was undertaken. As a Co-Founder and Creative Director at Ecannus Design, Neelima facilitated the development of over 50 startups through effective branding. Previous roles also include design management positions at Zen Design Solutions and Magppie International Limited, where achievements included winning awards and patents for innovative designs. Neelima holds a degree in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
