Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Operations at CNA Insurance from 2004 to 2016. Katie also held the position of Vice President of Customer Service at Western Union from 2003 to 2004. Before that, they were the Vice President of Operations and Technology at NewPower from 2000 to 2003. Katie's earlier career includes roles at SBC Ameritech (now AT&T), American Express, Salt River Project, and Intel Corporation.
